 Terms.
All orders are custom. The customer agrees to pay the total cost of the order
including shipping if applicable. Please review the order completely double
check the selected items and the corresponding fabrics for which the customer
is responsible for payment. Once the order has been placed, no changes in the
order will be accepted. There will be no refunds and no cancellations. Customer
acknowledges that tax will be paid where applicable and shipping charges
for all items. KusheaseT items are FOB and will be shipped standard
Ground Shipping or Freight Shipped unless other arrangements have been
made in writing. Additional shipping charges will apply. Allow 4-6 weeks for
delivery on orders. I understand the cleaning and care instructions, and have
read the warranty information.
Care and Cleaning. Customer is responsible for normal cleaning
and care of the fabric. Product must be dried out completely when left in moist
conditions for more than a 24 hour period. If product is left outside it must
be turned over to completely dry any moisture that may have accumulated. Mold
and mildew do not grow on the fabric. Mold and mildew grow on dirt. To ensure
no mold or
mildew occurances, clean your product regularly according to fabric
manufacturer's recommendations.
Items Covered .This limited warranty covers the fabric
becoming nonserviceable because of loss of color or strength from normal usage
and exposure conditions, including sunlight, mildew and atmospheric chemicals.
Kush easeT liability is expressly limited to this warranty. Kush easeT products
are not to be used as a flotation device. Sunbrella® Fabrics are classification
1 normal flammability. Do not use Kush easeT products near or around an open
flame. Kush easeT EPS foam fill is flammable. Do not expose to open flames or
other direct or indirect high temperature ignition sources such as burning
operations, welding, burning cigarettes, space heaters, fireplaces, or naked
lights. When burning, EPS will consume oxygen, releasing great heat and smoke
and potentially toxic gases such as carbon dioxide and carbon monoxide. Do not
use, install or store EPS except in strict compliance with BOCA, ICBO or SBCCI
codes, as well as any fire - related laws/ordinances. Failure to comply with
these codes/laws may increase the risk of fire and result in personal injury or
property damage from smoke, flames or water. Kush easeT will not be held
liable.
Coverage Period. The limited warranty period for Kush easeT
products runs 1 year on construction and 1 year on the fabric from the date of
purchase.
Limited Warranty. This limited warranty is valid only if a
copy of the invoice is submitted showing the date of original purchase. Kush
easeT pet line is not covered due to damages caused by chewing or misuse by
animals.
What will Kush easeT do? After review, Kush easeT will
determine if the product meets the replacement requirements and will then
supply an exact replacement of the product purchased. In the event a fabric
manufacturer discontinues the fabric, Kush easeT will match the piece as
closely as possible.
Getting warranty service. Call the dealer or retailer from
whom you purchased the product to inspect the claim. If the product was
purchased directly from a Kush easeT representative or the Kush easeT company,
contact whichever applies. They, in turn, will review your claim. The customer
will be responsible for shipping charges associated with warranty service. |
